The below is applicable only to orders placed via this website.

All Philip Armstrong goods are made to order.  Please ensure you have selected the correct size as we cannot refund made to order items.  If you are unsure on sizes please contact us and we will be happy to advise. 

A refund will only be offered if the goods are not of a satisfactory standard and/or faulty.   If this is the case, Philip Armstrong customer services must be made aware and items must be returned to Philip Armstrong Ltd in their original unworn state (swing tags must still be attached) within 7 days of receiving.

We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website, however it may be possible to exchange for store credit.

For sale items we offer exchange or store credit, no refunds.

This does not affect your statuary rights.  For full details of your consumer rights, please contact your local Trading Standards office.
